Lemony Gin Fizz

Ingredients:

60ml lemon gin

60ml fresh lemon juice

1tsp icing sugar

120ml soda water

Ice

slice of lemon to garnish

Method:

1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, add the gin, lemon juice and icing sugar then shake vigorously for 20 seconds.
2. Strain into glass, top up with soda water, ice cubes and garnish with a slice of lemon. Enjoy!
