Recipe:
60ml 1908 Empress Gin
20ml Lychee liqueur
20ml freshly squeezed
15ml simple syrup
30ml lychee juice
Handful of ice
Garnish with fresh lychee
Method:
Place handful of ice in a cocktail shaker then add all ingredients except fresh lychee for garnish. Shake vigorously for 20 seconds then strain into cocktail glass and garnish with fresh lychee. Enjoy.
